Editorial standards
Accuracy, context, and honest limitations.
These standards govern how 234 Picks researches, writes, reviews, updates, and corrects product content.

Research and claims
- Material factual claims should be supported by an identified source.
- Research-based reviews must not imply hands-on use.
- Retailer ratings, reviews, prices, and inventory are not republished as our own data.
- Uncertainty and product-fit limitations should be stated, not hidden.
Editorial independence
Commercial relationships do not guarantee coverage, ranking, or a positive verdict. Recommendations are organized around reader fit and meaningful tradeoffs.
AI assistance
AI tools may assist with drafting or structure. A human editor remains responsible for source checks, factual accuracy, originality, image rights, and final publication. AI output is never published automatically.
Corrections and updates
When a material error is identified, we review the underlying source, correct the page, and update its timestamp. Significant changes go through the same manual publishing workflow as the original page.
